Assumptions
|
The calculations use the selected voltages and not the actual system
voltages. The results show the total flash memory power consumption.
If more than one device is specified, the values given would have to be
divided by the appropriate value to discern the power consumption for a
single device.
Calculations are based on the current specification for the Commercial
Temperature and Extended Operating Condition ranges found in the 1996 Flash
Memory Databook, Volume 1 (#000900).
